Makes 12 muffins at 8 grams protein each. Eat 3 for breakfast equalling a total of 24 grams of protein (3.75 grams carbs each, more if you choose to use unrefined sugar)

What you will need:
1 cup almond flour 
1 cup protein powered pancake mix 
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon unrefined salt
6 - 8 tablespoons powdered erythritol (or unrefined sugar)
1 can coconut milk
