Deep Fried Banana Protein Pancakes

Omg, I just can’t believe how much this tasted like deep fried bananas! Not low carb exactly, but gluten free and 16 grams protein….top notch dessert!

What you will need:
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 banana sliced into bite sized pieces

How to do it:
Step 1: Put a generous amount of butter in a ceramic coated non stick pan or equivalent and set to medium.

Protein Powered Chocolate Cake

(high protein, gluten free, low carb)!

What you will need:
3 eggs
3/4 cup of granulated erythritol
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup coconut flour
2/3 cups cocoa powder
1 cup Protein Powered baking mix

How to do it:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Step 2: Melt coconut oil on low.

Perfect for a protein boost on top of yogurt or ice cream!

What you will need:
1/2 cup nut butter
1/2 cup Protein Powered baking mix
1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips (or more)
2 tsp - 1 Tbsp flavoured extract of your choice
