Coconut Sourdough Protein Pancakes
Sourdough pancakes with coconut sourdough starter!
What you will need:
1/4 cup Protein Powered Protein Flour mix
1/4 cup sourdough starter
2 Tbsp milk/milk alternative (I used organic grassfed half & half)
How to do it:
Step 1: Put a pat of butter in the pan and bring to medium heat.
Step 2: Using a fork, whisk 1/4 cup of the mix, with 1/4 cup coconut starter.
Step 3: Whisk in 2 Tbsp half & half. canned coconut milk or other milk alternative.

What you will need:
1/4 cup sweet natured protein pancake mix
1/4 cup plain unsweetened yogurt
1 tsp - Tbsp water or milk or milk alternative (depending on how watery the brand of yogurt that you use is)
How to do it:
Step 1: Put a generous amount of oil in pan and bring to medium heat.
Step 2: Using a fork, whisk 1/4 cup of the mix, with 1/4 cup yogurt (optional: let sit on the counter overnight to sour more)

Chocolate Chip Pancakes (fluffy version with milk & egg)
Makes 8 small pancakes
What you will need:
1/4 cup protein powered pancake mix
1/4 cup milk (or milk alternative)
1 egg
2 Tbsp chocolate chips (or more)
How to do it:
Step 1: Using a fork, whisk 1/4 cup of the mix, with 1/4 cup milk (or milk alternative).
Step 2: Whisk a whole egg into the batter.
Step 3: Mix in the chocolate chips.
Step 4: Spoon onto non-stick griddle with a large tablespoon.
