Choco Chip Pancakes
Makes 5 small pancakes
What you will need:
1/4 cup protein powered protein pancake mix
3 Tbsp water (1/4 cup milk or milk alternative)
2 Tbsp chocolate chips (or more)
How to do it:
Step 1: Put a generous amount of oil in pan and bring to medium heat.
Step 2: Using a fork, whisk 1/4 cup of the mix, with 3 TBSP water (or 1/4 cup milk or milk alternative).
Step 3: Stir in your chocolate chips (you can find ones sweetened with stevia or erythritol at your local health food store).
Step 4: Pour batter into well greased pan making 5 medium sized pancakes (use a TBSP for each pancake)
Step 5: Once the surface of the pancakes are bubbly, turn over and cook the other side.
Top with your fave sugar free syrup (or maple syrup if you don't mind the carbs)!
