Protein Powered Protein Pasta

32 grams protein, 3 grams carbs!

What you will need:

1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup Protein Powered protein flour
2 eggs
1 Tbsp milk (milk alternative) or oil

How to do it:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 300F
Step 2: Mix everything in a blender.
Step 3: Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 4: Pour out batter and spread thin with a spatula.
Step 5: Bake for 8 minutes.
Step 6: Roll the batter and slice into pasta curls.
Step 7: Unroll and voila, you have protein pasta (low carb and gluten free to boot)!

The plate pictured uses half of the noodles (16 grams protein), topped with 1/2 of the Parmesan cream sauce (7 grams protein) and 3 Protein Powered Meatballs cut in half (27 grams protein). So this small plate was 50 grams protein!

How to make the Protein Cream Sauce - was 1/3 cup each Parmesan, butter and cream (half & half) melted and mixed on the stove and thickened with 1 tsp Protein Powdered Protein Flour.
