Perfect for a protein boost on top of yogurt or ice cream!

What you will need:
1/2 cup nut butter
1/2 cup Protein Powered baking mix
1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips (or more)
2 tsp - 1 Tbsp flavoured extract of your choice

How to do it:

Protein Powered Pate

Makes 8 slices
(26 grams protein per slice not counting the veggies)!

What you will need
1 onion sliced
6 mushrooms
6 cloves garlic
1 cup ground hemp hearts
1/2 cup Protein Powered Baking Mix
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp basil
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp sage
1 tsp unrefined salt
1 cup water
3 Tbsp Tamari
1 cup cauliflower rice
1/3 cup olive oil

Protein Chocolate Chip Drop Cookies

Protein Powered Protein Pasta

32 grams protein, 3 grams carbs!

What you will need:

1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup Protein Powered protein flour
2 eggs
1 Tbsp milk (milk alternative) or oil

How to do it:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 300F
Step 2: Mix everything in a blender.
Step 3: Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 4: Pour out batter and spread thin with a spatula.
Step 5: Bake for 8 minutes.
Step 6: Roll the batter and slice into pasta curls.
Step 7: Unroll and voila, you have protein pasta (low carb and gluten free to boot)!

Protein Powered Meatballs

Makes 20 medium meatballs at 9 grams of protein each (the average medium beef meatball has 5 grams). This recipe uses a special method to oven bake for a ‘crispy’ meatball that has the texture of being fried (but it’s not)!

"Stuffing" Pancakes

What you will need:
1/4 cup Protein Powered mix
3 Tbsp water (1/4 cup milk or milk alternative)
half a red onion
2 stalks celery
1/2 tsp of salt
1 Tbsp poultry spice mix (parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme)
butter
