Protein Scones

Tastes like wheat flour scones, but no gluten or nut flour! Regular scones have 1g protein and 30 gram carbs. These Protein Powered Protein Scones have 15 grams protein and 9 grams carbs (only 2.5 net carbs!).
What you will need:
Dry -
3/4 cup Protein Powered Flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup powdered erythritol (or regular unrefined sugar if you don’t mind the carbs)
Optional: fresh or dried fruit
Wet -
2 Tbsp cream
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 egg
How to do it:
Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Mix dry ingredients into a bowl.
Step 4: Whisk wet ingredients.
Step 5: Mix wet and dry ingredients.
Step 6: Press and shape batter into a circle onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Step 7: Cut a cross into the dough to make 4 triangles.
Step 8: Bake for 16 min.
Serve with butter! Yum!!
