Breakfast Sandwich

egg cupsThis Protein Breakfast Sandwich has 22 grams protein (more if you add a slice of cheese)! This is a gluten free & low carb dream!

What you will need:
1/4 cup Protein Powered mix
3 Tbsp water (1/4 cup milk or milk alternative)
1 egg
condiments of your choice
(optional: cheese, greens, tomato, sandwich meat or bacon etc.) 

How to do it:
Step 1: Put a thin layer of oil in pan and bring to medium heat.
Step 2: Using a fork, whisk 1/4 cup of the mix, with 3 TBSP water.
Step 3: Put silicone egg cups on the surface of the pan.
Step 4: Pour batter divided into 2 of the egg cups, crack an egg in the other.
Step 5: Once the surface of the pancakes and the egg white are firm, remove the cups and flip.
