Simple Savoury Pancakes

Savoury with sour cream

Makes 6 small pancakes

What you will need:
1/4 cup Protein Powered mix
3 Tbsp water (1/4 cup milk or milk alternative)
1/4 - 1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup fresh chopped green onions
fresh chopped herbs
salt and pepper to taste
sour cream, mayo or cream cheese (for topping)

How to do it:

Step 1: Put a generous amount of oil in pan and bring to medium heat.

Step 2: Using a fork, whisk 1/4 cup of the mix, with 3 TBSP water (1/4 cup milk or milk alternative).

Step 3: Stir in shredded cheese, green onions and other optional ingredients.

Step 4: Pour batter into well greased pan making 6 medium sized pancakes (olive oil works lovely)!

Step 5: Once the surface of the pancakes are bubbly, turn over and cook the other side.

Step 6. Top with sour cream, mayo or cream cheese.
