Sugar Free Syrup Recipe


Move over maple syrup! With the caramel flavour of the browned butter, you'll love this sugar free pancake syrup alternative!

What you will need: 
1/2 cup browned butter 
6 Tbsp powdered erythritol
2 Tbsp almond or peanut butter 
1/2 cup MCT oil
1/4 tsp unrefined salt

How to do it:
Step 1: Brown your butter (let sit on stove on med high until brown specks start coming to the top then whisk till brown without burning)
Step 2: Blend everything in a blender. 
Step 3: Let cool on counter to firm up to syrup consistency.
Step 4: Refrigerate.

Note: Once you have refrigerated this, it will solidify into a smooth, rich and creamy spread! If you prefer to have it pourable before serving, then run under hot water the same way you would refrigerated olive oil which also solidifies when refrigerated.
