cinnamon and erythritol (reminiscent of french toast when you add a whisked egg to the batter)
Sugar free syrup
Liquid Monk Fruit Extract
salt & pepper
shredded zucchini latkes (1/4 cup per pancake)
chopped mushrooms, pepper and/red onion
celery with canned tuna or salmon
cooked mashed veggies (ie: potato, cauliflower etc.)
hot dog and relish (top with your favourite hot dog fixings)
shredded cheese and chopped pickles
leftover cooked meat and cooked veggies
