Our grass fed protein pancake mix swings both ways (sweet or savoury), so you can make breakfast, lunch or dinner variations! Make a quick, easy nutritionally balanced meal in minutes.
How to Do it:
Grease pan on medium heat. Whisk 1/4 cup of the mix, with 1/4 cup milk (or 3 TBSP water). Optional: whisk in an egg. Pour batter by the tablespoon into the pan and let rise. Once bubbly on top, flip pancake.
If you are in a hurry, or you've run out of ingredients, just add water, whisk and flip!
Great for travel, backpacking & survival food!
